Now, all about me. I have never been married and have no children. The dreams I had as I was growing up just hasn’t happened yet…Only God knows. I’m on this site with hope that I may meet someone who makes me feel like I am standing on top of the world! Someone very special. I am 5’ 10”, 160 lbs., with a slim to medium athletic build…..I work out 6 days a week,(not to bulk up, but just to tone…stretching, light weights, some yoga) hike or walk with my two dogs, (Cinnamon, mixed Chocolate lab and birddog, Bo, black lab, hence the screenname-- both who are clean, have no flees, smart and spoiled rotten!), 2 to 5 miles a week, in addition to playing with them every afternoon, just before sundown…and yes, they let me know when it is time to play with “The Mop”, lol. I also play golf 3 to 4 times a week, in addition to running a successful small business for the last 12 years, taking care of my home, which includes the yard, woods, landscaping and yes, I can do any kind of housework…..(but…lol….should I meet the right girl….this has to be a shared responsibility! LOL ) My day usually begins around 5 am and ends around 11:30 or 12 pm……………………..so, I’m hoping to meet someone that is very active and into good health. Someone that takes care of themselves, eats healthy, cares about their appearance; someone who is attractive, petite to medium build and shorter than me, someone that can keep up. I come from a good family and was raised with good morals and values. I’m kind, honest, responsible, content and treat all people with respect. All of my friends are good, decent hardworking people just doing their thing with families. Children take to me very well and I know that I would be a good father, but it would have to be with the right woman. I’m financially and emotionally stable. Have a great relationship with my customers and am a work-a-holic at times, not because I want to be, but sometimes I have no choice. I’m very versatile on just about everything. I can play almost any sport competitively. I love to play golf, shoot pool, throw darts, play cards, board games and casinos (when I get the chance). I watch mostly old sitcoms, comedy and “good dramas”, the news and stuff on NGC, Discovery, History…and of course golf!! I do like to watch college football, but don’t really get into pro football or basketball…which means even though I like sports, I don’t sit around and watch ESPN all the time. I listen to XM satellite a lot. Drink very little, but do enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine. I like classic rock-n-roll and sing when there is no one around. If it’s AC/DC, then it has to be loud, Clapton is kinda medium volume and Pink Floyd is always better with headphones. (Enough said ) I also enjoy alternative (Pearl Jam, The Tragically Hip, U2…) jazz and blues, comedy clubs, outdoor concerts and actually a variety of different stuff. (WNCW, 88.7 is a cool station with a mix of everything.) I can tolerate country but rap does nothing for me. I like nice restaurants and very seldom do fast food. I don’t hang out at bars but should you want to go dancing every now and then, I’m not to shy to dance. I can hang out at a pig roast one night and go to a play the next. I’m comfortable in shorts and a “T” as well as a 3 piece suit. I’m just an average guy and have a lot to offer to the right lady.
