I'm an easy going midwest girl who can't seem to stay put. Moved to SoCal over 7 years ago. After living in Thousand Oaks and the OC, I'm now in the SF area. I have a demanding job and work long hours, partly because I have no where I need to be... GIVE ME A REASON! I've been single for about 7 years and have 3 wonderful children ages 25, 26 and 28. I loved the game of golf and used to play 2-3 times a week during the short Michigan season. What I lacked in consistency, I made up for in exciting single shots. Haven't golfed much since moving to CA. But hey,...I've had my hole-in-one so the potential for a come back is there! I'm hoping to find someone that I connect with who wants to play 18 on the weekend or hooky mid-week. Although I can be a workaholic, given an excuse, I'll put the papers away. My ideal match ranges from someone to casually meet for a round of golf to ... let's play it by ear. Nothing wrong with dating someone with like interests! My partner needs a sense of humor while I work at getting my game back to "so-so" and must be able to make interesting conversation... just not while I'm swinging! A perfect day would be arriving early with a large vanilla latte and an extra layer of clothes to ward off the morning chill. Play the 1st 9 while you can still see the trail of the ball in the dew covered fairways ...and about the time you make the turn, you no longer have to pick the grass clippings off your shoes! A drink in the clubhouse and a recap of your great shots ...and hopefully a few of mine! The perfect ending to a perfect day: Steaks on the grill and a bottle of wine... Hmmm - now wouldn't that would be nice?
