Although I am old by some standards, usually by someone under the age of 25, I am more alive and more physically fit than most guys who are 15 to 25 years younger than I. This is a fact you will have to discover is true on your own. Perhaps a game of racquetball or tennis or golf will be a good test? Want to play? I love life and I love to look around me and see what God has done. The beauty and how God has created this world just amazes me every time I think about it and see it. Because I love life I also love to have fun. I try to find something funny in everything I do. If I am not laughing or making others laugh and having fun, then you will find me home sick in bed. Don’t get me wrong, I am serious about a lot of things, but life is too short not to enjoy it. I like to think of myself like a good book and this looks like it is turning into a book. No, not dry, stale, black and white, easy to tear apart, and NO worms. I am interesting, sometimes a mystery, sometimes an open book, I get better the more you read about me, I am consistent in what I do, but when you turn the page you can be surprised, I will make you laugh, hopefully you will never tire of reading me, and I hope I don’t have a sudden ending. To really get to know my book you will need to know the author. If you don’t know God, you will not understand the book. I have negatives also and want you to know one of my worst ones is that I am a man. Ok, stop laughing. What I mean, is that as a man I do not pick up little hints and looks from others very well. If you have a problem with me or I have said something you did not like, tell me. Don’t keep it a secret and hope I will figure out why you are being silent or giving me the “look.” I can take it. Just come out and say, you blew it, you are wrong, try again. For some reason I don’t like to dance. I do like to slow dance, but any other kind of dancing to me makes me think I look like a fool and I will not dance. Something in my personality I guess. I don’t get to go on long vacations of over 10 days, because I have to do payroll every 14 days. I don’t really drink, not because of religious reasons, but because I have not tasted a good wine and can’t stand beer, so I don’t drink. I don’t like coffee either. I will try almost anything once, but if I don’t like it, I won’t do it again. I can be stubborn. I think of myself as a Regan conservative and do not belong to any political party. I like to go to Christian churches, but do not have one I really like at the moment.

I want a loving, giving, and caring woman. This is almost a given for women, much harder for men. I am loving, when loved, I am giving, and I care deeply about things I love. However, it is hard for me to express my feelings and desires. I am a man, what would you expect? But, I am trying to get better. My personality is very trusting until someone breaks that trust, then it is hard for me to trust them for a long time. I am not a jealous person and will put up with a lot of problems and nonsense to a point. I have good communication skills when you give me time to think about things. For example, if you ask me how I feel about something, I will not be able to answer you right away. I communicate best writing things down. Don’t get me wrong, I can carry on a conversation on just about any topic, political, scientific, sports, events, kids, pets, you name it. But if it deals with emotions or something that is very personal I need time to reflect and give a good answer. Once we marry I will be there for you, always. I want us to be so close that we can look into each other’s eyes and we can carry on a conversation without either of us having to say a word. I love life and living it. I try to find the funny things in life and have fun in whatever I am doing. To me, if you are not having fun doing something, why do it? Life is way too short not to enjoy it. And I want to enjoy the time I have left with that special woman. I long for a woman who will hold hands with me and to take a walk in the woods or on a beach and just enjoy the time we are together. It is not as important to me to travel all over the world. I can be content with a walk and a great woman to share it no matter where we are. I know there is someone out there that wants the same things as I do and will do them with me, are you the one? I will not play “games” with you or lead you on. I will be as honest as I can and will answer you with the best of my ability any question you ask me. I know my weaknesses and will not hide them from you, because we must be honest with each other or we will be building a relationship on sand instead of rock. I want a woman who is confident in herself and will stand up to things that are wrong. I would also like her to stand up to me and tell me I am wrong or did something wrong, when I am wrong. What can I say? I am a man, and I make mistakes without even knowing I did something wrong or made a mistake. So I need someone to point them out to me. And no, I don’t make a lot of mistakes, I just do things that seem logical to me and I see them in one plane. I have found that most women seem to be able to perceive things in many planes and from different angles. I see one angle and one plane so I appreciate a woman who can point things out to me. I want a woman who is a lover, a friend, a companion, who has wisdom and is patient, who loves and enjoys life, is easy to be with, non-jealous, good communication skills, is trustworthy with great integrity, who will love me in spite of my weaknesses, and who loves God.
