Hello, I have been playing for almost two years now and have an 18 handicap. I work at home and am able to arrange my schedule to accomodate golf. I just finished a book I have written so am celebrating that by playing more golf! Actually my resolution this year is exactly that...play more golf. I was widowed about 2 1/2 years ago and would like a life partner and wouldn't it be great if he played golf. I love being outdoors and prefer to walk when playing, for the exercise. I also do not like playing with temperamental people as I enjoy the game so much and do not want it ruined by others tempers. My children, two of them, are either living away from home or in college. I enjoy walking my dogs each day and am a home body. I don't do bars as I do not drink and do not enjoy being around people who drink a lot.

My match needs to be a nice guy, who knows himself and is comfortable with who he is. I definately like myself now. I am far from perfect and fine with it. I would love to find a mate to golf with, but if I found a friend, that too would be wonderful.
