Perhaps a bit like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde - alternating between my rewarding work and relaxing play, outdoor fitness training, enjoying the quiet times and then enjoying socialising, roughing it out on a 4x4 trip and then appreciating cultural events - perhaps a trip to the art gallery or an entertaining outdoor concert or movie, quiet and considered humour (read 'british' there) or side-splitting laughter - as the moment takes me! Life has taught me about the value of balance and that's what I appreciate in other people - a balance between intellectual & light-hearted, thoughtfulness, kindness, humour (including an inane ability to laugh at oneself), and consideration - to others and also to oneself.
