That's when I find the sweet spot - they aren't all like that. I'm looking for someone to play golf with, develop a friendship and open to more if it leads to it. I'm in great shape and can carry a conversation on the fairway or at dinner. I'm happy in a mini skirt and tanktop or cocktail dress and heels. Continuing on that, I can be very playful but also very romantic or serious when the need be. When I commit, I give 100% and take exquisite care of those who take care of me. Being self employed allows me a great deal of flexibility, which is really important to me. I can travel on a moments notice and do things on a whim. I'm easy to laugh and to show affection with those I love. I started playing golf for an ex-boyfriend. On my first hole, I birdied and have been hooked ever since then. I especially like the tie ins with my workouts and yoga as they now have a focus for golf. Living in the city, it's a welcome change of pace and I love the fresh air and surroundings. However, I'm not "outdoorsy". I prefer arts and culture over hiking, biking, etc... I try to play or practice 2 or 3 times per week. I really appreciate well maintained grounds and new courses, new locales and new adventures are always fun. While I'm in great shape, I prefer riding in a cart as it's more relaxing for me and I'm out to have fun, not get a workout. I just started reading "Golf in the Kingdom" and appreciate the spiritual aspects of it. I've done some of my massage training at Esalen and it's good to see another side and approach to golf. Life is wonderful and of course we all want someone the enjoy it with. I think starting with shared interests is a good start and foundation for friendships and relationships. As someone recently told me, you'll never get in the hole if you don't hit it far enough. I think that applies to life as well.
