I’d consider myself as that “Girl Next Door” who’s fun, carefree, sweet and lovable. But then why am I still single? I guess it’s because I haven’t found my Mr. Right. I truly believe he’s out there somewhere but unfortunately, our paths just haven’t crossed. In regards to being the Girl Next Door, I’m not referring to Hef and his blond entourage. No, instead I’m a bright brunette who is pretty down-to-earth. I love going to concerts and sporting events, traveling, wine tasting, cooking, skiing and simply hanging out with friends. I’m also an avid golfer who’s not afraid to admit that I can hold my own against the guys:) My family is real close despite the fact that I am here in Detroit and my family is all back in the Chicago area. I feel very fortunate to have been raised by two fun-loving parents along with three outgoing brothers whom I wouldn’t trade for anything. They say we are a product of our upbringing; as a result, I’m an avid sports fan (Go Cubs, Bears and Bulls), I love music and appreciate all kinds of movies, including those classified as stupid-humor movies.

I'm optimistic that there is a good guy out there who will appreciate all that I have to offer. He needs to know how to have fun and not take life too seriously. If he has a stupid sense of humor and likes alternative rock music, even better. At the same time, I’d want him to treat me with respect, honesty and sincerity. It would be real nice to find a genuinely nice guy who shares some of my same interests but who’s also willing to try new experiences.
